lower the minimum requirements for this software. I'm sure it will run on a computer with only a 1500mhz processor.

Why don´t you try it and see if it works or not ?
I have a stronger CPU than the 1.5 MHz and it do take some time for the program to do the work, so a slower CPU will only get killed if you try...

@Trucker, my laptop only has a 2 MHZ CPU and it runs fine while converting, no lags or freezing.
